1st News of the Day!mp3Usually our first news of the morning, is largely improvised. We do this for two reasons-- #1 is because we feel that it sets the bar fairly low, so we can easily get better as broadcasters over the course of the morning. And #2, well, there is no #2, but I thought if there was only one reason to do it that way, it wouldn't seem justified enough.
Things we're concerned about-- Celine Dion singing with Elvis on Idol. Not sure she's worthy. Pres. Clinton on Rachel Ray's show. Sure it's a step up from Monica, but is that really where you go to promote world peace? KC Mayor elect Funkhauser driving his little Toyota to work? Sure he's saving money for the city, but he's so big he has to hold his coffee out the window.
