One of my favorite sources for music info is the All Music Guide website @ www.allmusic.com. It's a great site to geek out on if you're a music fan. The company publishes several outstanding reference books on the various genre's of music but the web site is constantly updated. AMG lists the CDs being released each week, provides biographical info on artists as well as comprehensive discographies. You can search by artists, song titles, and CD/LP titles, some of which have pre-recorded song samples (although these can be obscure parts of the song and not always helpful in aiding your recall...but I digress).
